Do speakers need to create an account or download an app?

No. Each speaker gets a unique link by email — no login, no app, no signup. They can return to the same link and update their submission any time before the deadline.

Can I control what information we collect?

Yes. Dietary requirements, parking, and mic preference are all optional toggles per event — turn on only what’s relevant, and choose which specific options (e.g. which mic types) are available.

What happens if a speaker misses the deadline?

You can send a reminder to everyone who hasn’t submitted with one click, right up until the deadline. After that, submissions can still be reopened manually if needed.

Can it be branded to our event?

Yes — your event’s logo appears on the speaker’s upload page and in the emails they receive, sized to your preference.

Does this integrate with your registration and check-in tool?

Yes — it plugs directly into The Project Crew’s own Registration & Check-In tool, so a speaker’s badge and check-in record are ready without re-entering their information.

What if a speaker has a large video file to submit?

Slides and photos upload directly through the portal. For larger video files, the speaker is guided to a dedicated upload link (kept separate to protect against oversized files clogging the main flow).
