What happens if an exhibitor misses the order deadline?

That’s set per event — some clients want late requests handled case-by-case, others prefer a hard cutoff where nothing gets accepted past the deadline. We configure it to match how you want your build day to run.

Can an exhibitor change their order after submitting?

That’s configurable too — orders can lock in as final the moment they’re submitted, or stay open for edits up to the deadline. Most clients prefer locking them in, since it keeps the fabrication list accurate, but it’s your call.

How do exhibitors actually pay?

Either collected directly at submission — bank transfer, PayNow, or credit card — or invoiced manually afterward, whichever matches how you already handle billing.

Does the item catalogue change for every event?

Yes — the catalogue, pricing, and deadline are all set per event, matched to whatever you want offered, whether that’s our inventory, your own vendor arrangements, or a mix of both.

Do we get notified the moment an order comes in, or do we need to keep checking?

The live dashboard is your always-on source of truth, but we can also switch on email or WhatsApp alerts the moment an order lands, if you’d rather not have someone watching the screen all day. That’s set up per event based on what your team prefers.

Is this connected to our other digital tools?

Not directly — it runs on its own event configuration, so exhibitor orders sit apart from your Registration or Speaker data. If useful, we can cross-check exhibitor company names against your guest list manually.
